ITALY
Standard shipping (2-4 working days) is free throughout Italy for orders over €100, for all other orders the cost is only €5.99.

Shipping is free with no minimum order if you choose the in-store collection option at the TS ABBIGLIAMENTO store in VIA ROMA, 13 CARTURA; subject to notification of possible withdrawal by shoptsa.it

ABROAD
For some European markets the shipping cost is calculated directly during check-out
For shipments abroad it is necessary to contact customer service via email info@shoptsa.it; shoptsa.it will find an ideal solution for shipping outside the national territory.

Shoptsa.it will not be responsible for taxes or customs duties for shipments outside the EU. For all these countries, taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

PICKUP IN STORE
Collection at the store in Via Roma, 13 in Cartura is always free .
The customer will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp message within 24 working hours of payment for the order; in this way it will be possible to collect the order. It is necessary to present an identity document for collection, the name of the customer of the order must be the same as the person collecting the package.


Returns and Refunds

To request the return of your order you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
For start the return procedure just contact us at info@shoptsa.it or via the section Contact us , communicating your intention to return one or more items, indicating the order number and the reason.
The items must be in their original condition, intact, undamaged and equipped with the barcode tag and any other seal that is part of it. Products returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated or USED will not be refunded.
The items that you intend to return must be delivered to the courier within 4 days from the User's communication to the Seller of his wish to withdraw from the contract. AFTER 4 DAYS, if the products are NOT delivered to the established courier or have not been shipped with the method you have chosen, THE RETURN REQUEST WILL BE DEEMED VOID.
RETURN FOR SIZE EXCHANGE
The return for size exchange, if the latter is available, will be free .
However, we would like to remind you that in the event of a second shipment , due to a size change, not being successful and a return being requested, the shipping costs and the costs for returning the second shipment will be withheld at the time of reimbursement.
RETURNED FOR OTHER REASONS
We offer you the possibility of returning your items through our home collection service. The cost for each return request within the national territory is 5.99 EUR (abroad to be defined with the customer). This cost will be deducted from your refund
RETURNED AT THE STORE
It is possible to return the product to the store for free , always within 14 days, by bringing your order to the store in via Roma, 13 Cartura (PD) during opening hours. Always presenting the order confirmation email.

The shipment, until it arrives in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
shoptsa.it is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

After returning the products, the Seller will carry out the necessary checks relating to their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated.

If the right of withdrawal is correctly exercised, the Seller will refund any sums already collected by the User for the purchase of the products, excluding shipping costs if paid at the time of purchase.

Regardless of the payment method used by the User, the refund is activated by the Seller as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, after verifying the correct execution of the same and verification of the returned products.

The Seller carries out the refund using the same payment method used by the User for the purchase of the returned products, even if a virtual and/or disposable credit card was used. The Seller will in no way be able to make a refund to a credit card other than the one used for the purchase.
